What will you receive?
One confirmed participation record after payment verification and dedupe, including a unique number and downloadable certificate. It is not an investment, donation, vote, or claim on future income.
How the count works
One person counts once. Extra payments, retries, or enthusiasm do not buy extra rank, country influence, or public count. Production begins at zero with no simulated users.
Delivery and certificate
Digital delivery begins after confirmed payment. The certificate is rendered from a stored specification, does not display an amount, and remains verifiable while the project operates.
Refunds and revocation
Duplicate charges, failed delivery, and unauthorized payments are handled through the payment provider. Refunded records are revoked, their numbers are not reused, and public totals are recalculated.
Privacy and public data
Public totals never require a public identity. Payment details stay with the payment provider. This page publishes counts, fees, refunds, countries, and methods without exposing private payment data.
